I'm just starting out. Is this too early for me?

Actually, the earlier you do this the better. Getting your backend in order before you're buried in clients is so much easier than trying to fix it mid-chaos. This program is built to work wherever you are, whether you just started or you've been at it for a few years and things have gotten messy.
I don't have a website yet. Can I still join?

Yes. Part of what we cover is setting up a simple website as part of your backend. You don't need one coming in. We will help you get a simple, working site in place during the program.
I've tried to set this up before and it didn't work. What's different here?

Most of the time when this doesn't work, it's because the approach was generic. A tech stack guide written for everyone doesn't actually fit anyone. This program starts with a holistic audit of your specific business and your specific season. Everything we build is shaped around you, not a one-size template.
How is this different from just hiring a VA?

A VA needs a system to follow. If you don't have one, you're just paying someone to be confused alongside you. This program gives you the system first. Once it's in place, a VA can step in and use it. And if you're a one-person business, the system means you stop spending hours on things that could take minutes.
What kinds of businesses is this for?

What does the done-for-you VIP upgrade include?

The standard program is done-with-you. You get the guidance, the templates, and the coaching to set things up yourself. The VIP upgrade means I actually build the pieces for you. For example, instead of sending you a website template to edit, I set up and hand you a finished website. This is offered by application only because I want to make sure it's the right fit.
What happens after the program ends?

When the coaching program is complete you have the option to join as an alumni member. That gives you access to ongoing Q&A calls, tech setup guidance, and a growing library of templates and resources. It's there if your season shifts and you need to adjust your backend again.
What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available within the first seven days of purchase if you have not yet started the work. After that, because of the time and personal investment involved in working with each member, refunds are not available. I want to make sure this is the right fit before you join, so please reach out with any questions first.
